Introduction
Baugeld Spezialisten make their customers' dream home ownership and construction projects come true. The company not only minimizes the amount of bureaucracy involved in this task of a lifetime, they also place great emphasis on understanding the people behind the project and considering their emotional investment in their building project.
Challenge
The Baugeld Spezialisten came to the Munich Digital Design Agency, Moby Digg, to develop a new visual and contemporary identity. The digital design team was asked to communicate their efficiency, their professionalism and their direct and personal approach to their customers.
Approach
The Moby Digg team embarked on an intensive Design Thinking process, extracting the most important features of the brand vision to finally create a concept for a Baugeld Spezialisten visual identity that embodies those strategic insights.
Outcome
The result is a flexible identity system that can easily be adapted to any new or existing format. Baugeld Spezialisten mediate the financial hurdles and emotional investment their customers bring to the table. Both aspects create a comprehensive representation of the challenges they are constantly solving. Their logo builds on that exact combination of rational and emotional perspectives. The square acts as a frame, the circle as “focus” and the perspective as the personal point of view.
Impact
The Baugeld Spezialisten logo served as a starting point for a grid inspired by a sketch pad. It reflects the flexibility of Baugeld Spezialisten in reacting to the wishes of their customers and conveys their clarity in planning projects. Baugeld Spezialisten use the established grid on a daily basis. It offers them the possibility to communicate different talking to their customers and their public image points with a high visual consistency.
