@MobyDigg

– Motivating atmosphere in the middle of Munich-Neuhausen: We (10+ colleagues) love to go to the office, work and brainstorm together, drink lots of coffee and actually eat lunch together every day.
– Room for your own creative ideas: You can develop freely and bring in your own new ideas. There are short decision-making processes and flat hierarchies.
– Playday: every last Friday of the month is for learning new things – there are no clients, no appointments and no normal work.
– You need some undisturbed time to work? Then take advantage of our home office days, which are made available to every employee every month.
– Time for yourself: We offer you 31 days of holiday per year, so you can forget about work sometimes.
– After-work wine or after-work spritzer: In order to work well together, we organise regular team events (summer party, Oktoberfest, Christmas party…) or cook together in our kitchen with one or more delicious drinks.
– We subsidise your company pension scheme by 20%.
