The Asian-Europe Foundation’s photo exhibition “On The Go” explores the cultural differences and similarities between Asia and Europe.

Introduction

2016 marked the 20th anniversary of the Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM) – occasion and opportunity for the Asia-Europe Foundation (ASEF) to present a collection of photos under the name “On The Go”. The project explores the cultural differences and similarities between Asia and Europe. The Moby Digg Design Team is responsible for the development, implementation and production of this international, cultural project.

Impact

The photobook is a contemporary document of the cultural wealth of the continents Asia and Europe. With more than 1500 photo submissions from 52 countries, a worldwide exchange of culture has been created.

Outcome

The visual identity is characterized by the reduced use of basic colors and shapes. The website was more than just an information platform. It became the central hub for all participants to upload their photographs and share them with friends and followers. As part of the exhibition project, the Moby Digg design team designed and produced a publication in addition to posters, postcards and information material.
