Introduction

Born in Michigan, Laurel Halo now lives in Berlin. She produces music on the edge of danceable groove and experimental collage.

Challenge

In cooperation with Bureau Mirko Borsche, the Moby Digg Design Team developed a website for Michigan born DJane Laurel Halo.

Outcome

Laurel Halo’s sound worlds are rich and complex. The design of the website and user interface, on the other hand, are deliberately minimalistic. In the navigation four categories are presented with a clear typography. Playful animations only become visible by the natural interaction with the user.
