Internship Design, Project Management or Frontend Development 

We’re looking for young, enthusiastic people with a high affinity for design. We’re offering a six-month internship, usually from March until September or from September until March. However, if these don’t suit you, other periods are possible.

Full-time (40 hours/week) · Munich · starting immediately

As a Junior Performance Marketing Manager (f/m/d), you will support the planning, implementation, and reporting of digital B2B performance marketing campaigns on social platforms—with a focus on Meta and LinkedIn.

You will work operationally on social ads, landing pages, and offerings and continuously develop your skills in performance marketing. KPIs are not a foreign concept to you—you will learn to understand, analyze, and improve them in a targeted manner.

You will work closely with the performance team and gradually be given responsibility for your own campaigns.

Your tasks

  • Collaborate on the definition of ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and offerings
  • Operational implementation of B2B social ads on Meta & LinkedIn
  • Support with testing and scaling setups (creatives, target groups, hooks)
  • Creation and adaptation of ad copies (initial copywriting experience required)
  • Conducting A/B tests to optimize the conversion rate of landing pages
  • Weekly tracking and reporting of key KPIs (CTR, CvR, CPL)

Your profile

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in B2B performance or online marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Meta & LinkedIn Ads
  • Initial experience in copywriting for ads & landing pages
  • Affinity for numbers, structured and curious about performance logic
  • Very good German & English skills (spoken & written)
  • High affinity for digital tools, platforms, and marketing technologies

Salary

Depending on your level of development, the annual salary ranges between €36,000 and €42,000.
