Where most B2B websites fall short

Most B2B websites are business cards, not sales tools. They look good, but they neither explain nor sell — and nobody notices, because measurement is missing.

Beautiful, but ineffective

Your website looks good and still wins no inquiries.

The look lags behind

The brand feels dated while your product has long moved on.

Mobile visitors bounce

The site doesn’t convince on a smartphone, where most of your visitors arrive.

Flying blind without tracking

Nobody on the team knows what happens on the website, because goals and measurement are missing.

Three seconds decide whether a visitor stays. Most websites lose them in exactly those three seconds.

Our approach

Discover

We first clarify the website’s goal: more inquiries, more applicants, more revenue. From that we develop sitemap and information architecture and test every structure against a fixed rule: visitors must reach the goal from any main page in three interactions at most. Wireframes make the structure tangible as a click dummy before any design work starts. Decisions about structure and content are made while changes are still cheap.

Design

We design UX and UI fully responsive, for desktop, tablet and mobile, and align the imagery with your brand. Every page has one clear job and leads to the next action. All components are built as a reusable library, checked against accessibility and privacy checklists. A clickable prototype shows you the site including animations before a single line of code is written. Changes cost hours instead of weeks.

Deliver

We build the website cleanly and test it in several quality rounds, internally, with the developers and with you. Go-live includes redirects, a 404 page, HTTPS, page speed and working tracking, followed by CMS training and initial performance measurement. You take over a site your team can maintain itself, and after launch you know what it delivers instead of flying blind.

Projects for clients who stood right where you stand

Lilium

For an aviation company we developed a jet page design with strong interaction, translating complex technology into a clear, immersive web experience. The path there: clarify the narrative logic first, reduce each section to one statement, then use interaction precisely where it creates understanding instead of distraction. High tech stays tangible without overwhelming visitors.

GEWI

For the traffic management software maker we rethought brand and website together, so the digital presence matches the product’s technical significance. Brand first, then website: every page carries the same positioning instead of diluting it. The effect: a product that needs explaining becomes understandable on the first visit, and the presence finally plays at the product’s level.

Eham

For a family-run Bavarian joinery we delivered rebranding, website and development from one source, making the craft tangible online. One partner for every step means no friction between branding agency, designer and developer, and one visual language from workshop to web. A traditional business gained a presence that shows its quality before the first appointment happens.

Selected projects

Otto Keller. A lifestyle webshop that connects product world and brand presence in one seamless digital experience.

Techniques Journal. An online platform that is at once an academic journal, an art magazine and a curatorial space.

FAQ

What is web design and what is a web design agency?

Web design covers the planning, concept and design of content for the internet: website architecture, layout, visual design and technical functionality. Web development implements the design technically and maintains it afterward. A web design agency bundles these disciplines in one place: concept, design, development and often digital marketing too. Our goal at Moby Digg is clear. We build websites that look good and do their job: winning contacts, leads and applicants.

What makes good web design?

Good web design connects brand, user guidance and performance. Four criteria decide.

Consistent design. Your website speaks the same visual language as the rest of your brand, in color, typography and imagery.

Responsive design. More than half of internet traffic is mobile. Your website has to hold up on every device.

Intuitive usability. Visitors quickly find what they're looking for and are guided toward the next action.

Relevant content. High-quality content builds trust and makes your website findable in search engines.

How does a website project work?

A website project starts with a clear brief: your company, goals, desired features, sitemap, design benchmarks, timeline and budget range. Then follow the three phases Discover, Design and Deliver. At the end comes the handover, including training so you can run your website yourself day to day.

How long does building my website take?

A few weeks for smaller projects with existing assets, usually two to three months for a corporate website without prior groundwork. Content and approvals influence the pace most, which is why we schedule both with fixed dates from the start.

What does a new website including development cost?

Small websites or landing pages from approx. EUR 8,000 net, a corporate website usually between EUR 35,000 and 65,000 net. The decisive factors are scope, features and timeline. In a free intro call we assess your project realistically before you commit.

Does a web design project automatically include new branding?

No. A web design project contributes a lot to brand perception but does not replace a full branding project. Ideally the branding is in place before the website is built. If the foundation is missing, we sharpen it first, so the website is not built on sand.

Can I maintain my website myself afterward?

Yes. We hand over a system your team can run independently, including training and documentation. In the backend concept we define together up front which content you want to maintain yourself. You stay independent instead of needing an agency for every text change.

Do you also work on digital products and product launches, not just websites?

Yes. Alongside classic websites we support product launches and digital products, from concept to design to rollout. The advantage: launch communication, landing page and product presence come from one mold and tell the same story.

What belongs in a good brief for a web design agency?

Company introduction, desired features and sitemap, clear goals, design benchmarks, timeline and budget range. The clearer the brief, the more targeted the project. If any of it is missing, we work it out together in the intro call, that is part of our process.

What should you look for when choosing a web design agency?

Look for references that match your industry and audience. Check whether the agency thinks design, development and goals like lead generation together, instead of delivering looks alone. Ask about the process, about responsibilities, and about what happens after launch: support, maintenance, further development. A good agency empowers you to maintain the website yourself later, instead of keeping you permanently dependent.
